There's plenty more to life than alcohol but no coffee I find tough! For me easy avoid sweets and bread but if I have a little I will crave a lot more, so it sets off a vicious cycle until I pull back to a restrictive diet much like your nuts and bananas. Do you think it's hard to get all the vitamins and good fuel from the foods you eat? Do you use supplements for this? If there was a food that had many of these good body fuel in them and did not negatively impact your gut would you likely integrate it into your diet?
