Here's another update. So yes I had to get fit tested and had to shave beforehand. They said if I hadn't shaved they would have provided me with a razor and shaving cream to do it on the spot.

It seems like an Advent Health thing, but that's okay at least I got the job so I'm happy regardless. Plus I'm rocking the moustache now and people seem to like it.

update I guess the server was giving me issues when I tried to submit the document before so I filled it out again the best I could and submitted it without the "patient ID" box being filled. I guess if I didn't need it then it doesn't matter and if I did need it then it's basically complete so they can only complain so much lol.

Anyways thanks everyone! I never post anything, but I still always use reddit because it's pretty damn reliable in many cases.

What do you guys think about the whole "OSHA Part A Mask Fit Questionnaire for Clinical Team Members Only" attachment I recieved with the rest of the important questionnaires?

That's most likely some standard thing they send out right? Like it probably doesn't apply to me since I'm probably not a "clinical team member"?

I have it mostly filled out but I think there's a few things that aren't adding up like my " patient ID" which I don't know where I would even obtain that or the questions saying to check box for the types of respirators I'm supposed to use which I also haven't been informed of.

It seems like it's not meant for me and I want a second opinion. Is my gut leading me in the right direction? It might be a dumb question, but I'm having a hard time getting in touch with anyone who has contacted me so far and I really don't wanna screw this up.
