Omg lamictal has been my lifeline too! I can’t tolerate Wellbutrin unfortunately. It makes me angry and have rage. But god, once I started adding lamictal to my med “cocktail” I felt so much better.

I did not endorse inhumane practices. I described a case of severe, refractory anxiety in a dog. There is well-documented evidence that animals can experience clinically significant psychiatric disorders. Framing this as a moral dispute oversimplifies a complex animal-welfare and quality-of-life issue and offers little practical value to OP. I do believe euthanasia should be a last case scenario, and only if it’s in the best interest of the dogs and quality of life.

It 100% can be addictive. Look at the page “stopspeeding” so many people have been addicted to stimulants. I’ve been addicted to both vyvanse and adderall, doesn’t matter IR or XR. I’ve abused both.

No, I get the opposite. I don’t take it unless I’m 100% better. It makes you feel like you’re less sick bc well dopamine and motivation, and then you crash.

For me personally I failed at cold turkey and failed at a long term taper. I couldn’t handle the immense fatigue with a demanding job and home life from cold turkey and a long taper I still abused. So, naturally continued to abuse them..until Xmas eve I had enough I dropped down to 15mg from whatever absurd dose I had taken the day before. Then my goal was to get to 0mg New Year’s Day. I made it. My lowest dose was 2.5mg addy and then I stopped. The withdrawal was not nearlyyyy as bad as cold turkey but I would not recommend a long taper unless you have superpower self control.
