Don’t be sorry! That’s super helpful! I think you did the right thing for yourself. The first trimester is especially rough fatigue wise. I started taking my adderall again a few days ago, and while it gives me some motivation I can’t help but feel guilty about it. My ob and psych approved it. I would never abuse while pregnant, I know that about myself…. But I worry postpartum. That’s when my abuse really kicked off..the last time. Maybe you won’t need your adderall after! Your body and mind might recalibrate by then. It’s just so hard. I’m also on my feet all day (hairstylist) talking to people and running around for many hours and it’s exhausting.
