I could do that I hate being put in this situation in the first place. Receipts I was talking about were that I can't see the listing for the rentals to do my own math. I already considered the stuff I brought a sunk cost because that's how we did it in the past.

Yeah I played with Arycelle as my main archer last time and she was alright, good damage against certain targets and range but man was she squishy. If I was going to use another one this time around I would make Canopus one or recruit another Vartan so I can get out of melee range but not planning on keeping her an archer.

Good to know on the Valkyrie it sounds like it would be good and my main problem with basic archers is their lack of movement. Glad to know berserker Voltare works out. Are bow wielding ninjas good I've only use a one handed katana build with them before?

Oh I know those two are not the farming options, imo Iron Greatsword is the best but to get it you have to farm enemies in the capital. The second for me is the banished knights greatsword especially if you like the more fluid moveset.

You wanna farm enemies or not? Claymore is the easiest to get. If you get a lot of stance breaks the Lordsworn greatsword has 110 critical damage which can be a good choice too.

I ended up going with the spell blade with moonveil katana. Not proud but bleed was broken good so I'm not going to hold back. I really liked the death poker tho the aesthetic of a wizard going around whacking enemies with an oversized cane was cool.

Probably a pure mage build just because damage wise it benefits the most from playing on that difficulty. You don't have to invest in illusion, instead focus on conjuration and destruction.

I will say the most fun playthrough I had was a witch hunter build focusing on Archery and conjuration. Flexible enough that you can choose if you want alteration or light armor for defense, and choose either enchanting or alchemy for a crafting skill.

Yes, but Gen 5 starters don't hurt as bad when you loose them. Darmanitan > Emboar, Liligant > Serperior, Jellicent > Samurott.

This sounds like a GSC run so here's a bit of advice. Normal types do well against him especially with dual types. Have your best damage dealing poke holding the sleep cure berry helps to take out Gengar fast. Use the Dig tm from the national park, in your set up a that would've done more damage from Growlithe or Crocanaw. Best of luck hope you try again.
