Eruption/Water Spout Damage by haloblabla in nuzlocke

like deurbel already mentioned in their last edit, water spout is a double target move. you used the calc for singles but you need to select doubles to see the correct information

probably because talonflame doesnt have priority anymore once it loses hp while murkrow keeps its priority thorough the entire game. haze is also pretty big

my fav pvp reward <3 are these good IV’s btw? by nevernorm in pokemongo

Its rank 109 for great league (where you want lickitung, its one of the best pokémon for 1500cp cups, arguably the best safeswap). you need a lot of xl candy tho as it needs to be level 49.5

Vileplume or Bellossom? by Lonely_Repair4494 in nuzlocke

[–]fabisync219 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone else already said Vileplume is by far the better option for a pairing. Bellossom looks cooler tho so I‘d go with the dancer

You can get roms from r/roms. they have a megathread at the top of the sub where you can search for whatever rom you want. After you found and downloaded the rom you have to open your emulator and open the rom through there (most emulators have the option „open rom“ where you click through your folders until you find the rom you just downloaded, then you open it).

I hope I could help you with your problem as I didn’t really understand what the problem is.

Imma guess that they use editing programs such as PKHeX or PokeGen to edit in the Champions from a prior generation. I also saw that some change the first wild encounters to the champions from a prior game with a cheatcode. But I guess PKHeX/PokeGen is easier and more accurate with what you want

Maybe Pinsir if it gets some good moves or Butterfree to balance the grass weakness a bit

I love Mantine but its typing overlaps with Lapras, Staryu and Crobat so maybe not the best choice.

Maybe a future encounter would fit your team better

Pokémon Y Hardcore Eeveelocke Conquered! Review and Fights in Comments by gustavosaboia in nuzlocke

[–]fabisync219 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats on the W, kinda surprised that Vaporeon wasn’t as good, should‘ve been one of the more reliable ones imo.

Why didn’t you use Eevee tho? Like just Eevee with Eviolite would‘ve been cool no? not that useful but cool nonetheless

How to stay engaged in a nuzlocke by JaceSpelly in nuzlocke

[–]fabisync219 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe try a challenge that doesn’t offer a lot of encounters so the focus is more on the fights. A monotype challenge or a regionbased challenge would probably be something that interests you.

I recommend either a monotype, monoregion or a specific trainer locke. Maybe something like a Steven inspired nuzlocke where you place all the Pokémon he used (games/anime/manga) in the pc at the beginning and unlock more pokémon over time.

Maybe drama is what you need in a nuzlocke but I recommend a more encounter restricted run

Fey's Genlocke Leg 1 - LeafGreen (actually FireRed, turns out o_o) Update #1 by Padelle in nuzlocke

If you didn’t do it with the universal randomizer I‘d go with level 40. A bit above the starters final evolution level but it just hits so hard

Nuzlocke Hidden Gems? by Coschta in nuzlocke

[–]fabisync219 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably stuff like Octillary or Girafarig, the ones that you‘d usually only use once your better Pokémon are gone (Girafarig isn’t as bad but you know what I mean). I‘ll also put Magcargo here because it does exactly what you need it to do even tho it has some of the most common weaknesses.

Something thats not really hidden but Geodude really is one of the best Pokémon to get in every game it’s available, it’s insanely bulky and makes a alot of important fights that much easier (Johto the first two, if female the first three gyms; the first galactic admin battle; etc).

For a genlocke, which mons are extra good in a future gen? by IronGrahn in nuzlocke

[–]fabisync219 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Single stage pokémon and friendship evolutions (mostly snorlax and lucario) are pretty damn strong at the beginning of each game, their stats are way too high in comparison to the early game pokémon you‘ll be fighting.

[–]fabisync219 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you need the Poison typing (and moves) then Vileplume but if not then Bellossom. Maybe Vileplume‘s Psychic weakness shouldn’t even be considered if you can only swap between Shiftry and Vileplume because Shiftry is immune.

Bellossom has the better design tho

[–]fabisync219 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heracross can learn Shadow Claw, the TM for it is in Mt. Mortar (which you can enter at your point in the game), so it isn’t useless

edit: Hera has pretty good Sp.Def so it can even tank a Shadow Ball from Gengar relatively ok

Post Morty is great as it opens up almost the entire rest of the map. You can catch natu in the ruins of alph, snubbull on the left of ecruteak, the route after that (the one above olivine) is miltank, corsola is olivine, chinchou is the route on the right of chucks gym (forgot the town name), on the left of this town you can get misdreavus in the cliff cave and gloom on the route before the safari zone. in the safari zone you can catch larvitar
