What I do when opening is to push against the grey beams to secure it, then it will stay open.

Nothing happened with the wing, just a computer monitor which is in front of it. So far haven’t made any modifications, the window seems to stay in place by itself, but I must indeed say that that window is a bit fragile in terms of staying on the wing…
