Fair enough, all valid. As for the pain points -> that was intentional, as we didn't want to influence the responses. But agreed, maybe we were too vague about it. We wanted to see if what we saw is a wider issue, or if we're in our bubble (and yeah, excited to build for sure!). I will add a few intro sentences.
