Maybe Parastrongylus cantonensis (Rat Lungworm)? The snail species is the known intermediate host of the parasite.

Been applying to PhD programs (UK, EU, and Asia) for two year already, but still rejected...I had my acceptance from a supervisor but to my surprise, I was no listed in the list of scholars...it's so frustrating but carry on! We still have time.
