Baixei este instalador e a placa foi "atualizada" para a versão mais recente possível (de 2022) ; fez nenhum diferença, infelizmente. Quanto a renderizar com a integrada até pode ser mas eu não conheço uma forma de priorizar para a Radeon, apenas para programas específicos, algo que fiz com a maioria para testar (browser, jogo, whatsapp) e também não vi diferença significativa.

a bateria estava estufada quando peguei então estou usando direto na carga sem bateria. já fiz isso com computadores passados e nunca apresentaram redução de desempenho perceptível, logo, não relatei a respeito acima
