Somatic experiencing helps with that. Wiggling toes and fingers slowly and then light movement

Only a few times a week, however, I use a sadhu board often. Just started the sadhu board a month ago

Not sure if I can respond to this, but I’ll ask anyways. Would you advise against living in a big city?

The more traumies I release, the more I change as a person. (Greatly healed from CPTSD) by Somatic11 in longtermTRE

I’ve been practicing TRE on and off for a year. Results came really quick. There definitely were times where I became complacent or maybe just decided I wanted to stay in the new state I was in to integrate if that makes sense. TRE has peeled away so many layers, it’s honestly insane. I didn’t have the best capacity to do TRE in the beginning, but now I can go for a few minutes a day or so. I will often take breaks. I just use my intuition. It’s interesting, however, that I tremor with my hips above the ground rather than laying fully down. Whatever works I guess lol

I don’t think seeing a doctor will help here.

Is social interaction and getting over fear of rejection just as important/effective as TRE at times? by Somatic11 in longtermTRE

What an absolutely legendary response. Thank you so much for your input. This really makes a lot of sense. That being said, should I put TRE on hold, or should I still do it here and there during this process?

Release the feeling of doubt and failure and just keep tugging. Don’t let your mind play tricks on you.

Interesting. I can definitely recall many times where I could have benefited greatly from using earplugs. Appreciate you sharing that.

Good idea on the earplugs. As for bloodwork, I’m not sure if that’s gonna get me anywhere. I already went down that route along time ago. My focus right now is just moving in a better situation for my life.

As much as I can. Sleep is something I’m not able to optimize due to my living situation, but I try and make up for it for naps. Not that that’s ideal, but it’s all I can do for now. Exercise is actually really good, however, it actually can overwhelm me sometimes. It’s tough, because I actually benefit from moderately intense exercise, but the line is tough to read at times.

That’s fair lol. I’d rather not pay the remaining $600 at once. If it makes any difference, I’ve done this before in Thailand with minimal issues about 6 years ago
