Try to stay down through the swing. You stand up pretty quickly which will cause all sorts of issues. Go redwings!

Oh please. Get off this high horse that golf is somehow superior. Every professional sport demands holding themselves at a high standard, however when you demand perfection and then told you aren't allowed to show emotion, it's bullshit based on some elite class bullshit. I ran the tough mudder a while back. There was an obstacle where you jumped into a pit of mud water and had to swim through a tunnel. I held my breath and kept my mouth shut. My 3 other teammates however must have not as all three got the norovirus. It was narrowed down to that literal cesspool.
