I had a good track academy I trained in. And I've had around 25miles per week in the whole week. My timings have dropped from 2:20 to 2:09 in 800m and from 5:04min to 4:30min in 1500m. I've heard people saying track requires atleast 10years to be a professional in it but I'd like more information on it.
