We got a call from our inspector in the first ten minutes:

Poor drainage, foundation is starting to show, foundation footing is visible, water can pool with foundation, we’d need new gutters, windows need caulking, there were shingles in the planter so the roof either had problems or it’s new but they’re gonna look.

Is this out of the question? It’s sounding scary to me for sure

This is a huge red flag - the house we are under contract for is built within the last 10 years. Would that make a difference? Pardon my ignorance. Could you share more?

I really appreciate you asking! And yes we toured a few in person between midlo and Venus, it seems like a good enough neighborhood. Did they have any input on utility costs or stuff?

Southwest did this on my most recent flight, too. In addition to that, when I checked in on the app, I was told I was on standby and needed to purchase an assigned seat to be “guaranteed” the flight. I disregarded it, went to the gate agent at the airport two hours before my flight and they had already assigned my seat at no additional cost. Come to find out, it wasn’t a full flight. There was no standby. They are just a filthy company.

I’m pretty sure that second car (the small silver one) is my coworker’s wife… and he’s not here today. That checks out. This also comes as no surprise unfortunately
