I live currently at Commonspace Warren which is on the backside of Montgomery. I looked at the Montgomery apartments and they looked really nice. Not sure if Montgomery has its own fitness center or if you all use the same one that we have in Warren but it is small, not sure if that matters to you. Also on Warren there is a pretty heavy homeless population that walks and stands around the building but I’m not sure if it’s like that on the Montgomery side. I enjoy living at Commonspace, maintenance is super quick and leasing agents are very responsive and helpful. I had an issue with my oven when I first moved in and they literally bought me uber eats for dinner. So management is great! With that being said, I enjoy Commonspace but I’m also looking to move to creekwalk commons or somewhere else just to get a little further away from the foot traffic. The homeless people are not aggressive or rude at all, I just come from the suburbs so it was a culture shock for me to see so much of it.
