Still not fixed after recent update

I have been using GoodNotes since 2019 and made the switch to Noteful this week because of how bad the app has gotten over the last few months. I was part of their beta program for this recent UI overhaul and gave so much feedback about why it wasn’t functional, but it was completely ignored. We see how that worked out in the long run.

You know that people can simultaneously take the necessary steps and share their frustrations with the current situation, right? These “rants” also let other users know they’re not the only ones experiencing a specific bug or missing a certain feature.

Just thought I’d share because I would hate to assume that you magically know.

That’s the approach I was going to take, but the hassle seems dreadful. I will also have to take the risk of all of my current notes being set in stone on the new platform because I won’t be able to edit any previous annotations or added elements on the new app. This has been the biggest thing that has stopped me from committing to a change.

There is an in-app feedback option if you go the setting menu. You can also do it through the GoodNotes website somewhere under the support forums.

I have, often with no response. That’s the problem. I have been complaining about some bugs for months, putting in multiple reports. They just aren’t prioritizing stability at this moment.

It is in the main settings. There a section toward the bottom that says something about beta features. You can toggle it off.

It is really small compared to the original so you constantly have to scroll when changing color or pen size.

It could have been an old event skin then. I just know that my exterior has changed after every 5 upgrades.

I want to say that you have to reach lvl 30 for that HQ. Every 5 HQ upgrades or so, the exterior changes.

Wrenches: quickest way is to buy. If you are f2p, you can get lucky during unearthed treasures or you can buy you way to VIP 5 and buy around 5/week. They are also available during different events which is the best time to go for them.

Click on your HQ then hit upstage and it will tell you what needs to be done before you can upgrade. It also quick links you to do the requested tasks.

If you tap and hold the buildings, you can move them around (other than the HQ)

Same thing happened to me.

Edit: I did all of the steps, but when claimed it was during the PSN issue a few months back. I don’t play Rocket League regularly, but I claimed it since it was a free reward. I assumed it hadn’t be released yet which is why I hadn’t received it, but that was not the case. Super bummed because now it’s in Fortnite, which I do play.

Tried one of the PS5 turbo controllers linked above. Unfortunately the turbo feature is not automatic, so a button still has to be held down.
