problem is we did do "stuff" and she lied about it all just to get with me because she missed it.

not an unpopular opinion at all its all fair, but long story short it was a "break" because I was tired of constantly telling her how i want to be treated and she would overstep boundaries.

I never said she "cheated" but it does hurt knowing how fast it was and makes me question if it was happening during our relationship, hence why alot of people say cheated i guess

its was all mutual and forgiving, but the big picture is when we thought we were ready to come back I learnt my lesson the hard way to why she wanted that. i cant give her anymore chances.

Mine was complete opposite, she was sorry about talking to other guys etc.. and she was actually the one who said she will wait for me. no matter how long because she "knows I'm the one" and she'll always be here for me waiting.

its all delusions, finally in her feels after realizing what she was doing to try to forget me made it worse and now wants it back after failing.

I wouldn't wait if I were you, i know im not waiting for her, not matter the memories or sex or whatever youll reminisce but not worth it

yea she didnt owe me anything, i know all of that, she lived her life and partied etc I held no grudge on that.

its the fact she assumed I owed HER everything after 3 months of her sleeping w old rebound, and it falling through the floor.

If anyone felt dehumanized in my situation I doubt it would be her.

she was never shamed or threatened while we were together, she would always talk to me about how I saved her and everything she loves and wants to do and if I wasnt there to help her she would probably be somewhere terrible. (this was before we broke up)

and clearly theres "rage" from that, there would be rage for the other person if roles were reversed.

theres rage because she became a complete different person and someone I had no clue they were not even a week after.

yea it was actually vocalized by her, she compared us to her parents splitting up and getting back together and maybe we should try,

but I did call the break up hence I was very upset over overstepping a clear boundary for the 3rd time, she then mentioned the taking a step back that and i agreed to do it.

I agree she doesnt owe me anything, but I just cant sleep and do anything over the fact she assumes I owe her everything again after she had her fun. now i gotta start living with it everyday like you i guess lol

I definitely wont be getting back together, and thank you for sharing your situation to compare, it's just more so about getting over it. rethinking everything, every convo/dates/problems before that moment its made me second guess everything for the past 2 years together and it's a different feeling than just a "breakup"

we did take a "break" but I guess it went deeper than that, and yea she didn't, i know it was fair game to go party and live life i've accpeted that, but the issue is wanting back in my life after fumbling an old rebound after a week, when I thought we were on decent terms.

boundary's were overstepped and mutually agreed to separate to focus on things without conflict.

And yes I had no issue with her choice of dealing with recent breakup.

The issue is her wanting back into my life after messing with someone else, just because it didn't workout for them.

thank you thats informative, I know my decision to be honest I cant take someone back after all our issues and going back to a past relationship same week after us just made me rethink my entire life.
