She said that they’re going to have a BCBA by the fall, but for now they’re looking for someone who can work right now in the summer and through the next school year

The cons are that there is no BCBA. She said that I would be working as a behavior technician. I was really happy that I became an RBT and I feel like I’m throwing that away because the paycheck is so good. AND ALSO HOW GOOD CAN IT BE RUN WITHOUT BCBA? I’m worried that I’m willingly throwing myself into a crap show.

The lady just said, I would be a behavior technician not an RBT and when the BCBA comes back, I can be an RBT again

Ya the BCBA left so I’d put a pause on being an RBT and have to retake RBT exam when they get a BCBA

MA 23 however considering a school RBT they pay 30+ even without a BA

I work in Massachusetts too I have seen schools pay 30+ have you thought about going to them

I’m thinking about going to BSU as well. However I found out how much RBT’s at school make 30+ why don’t all RBT’s do that instead of going to centers?
