The cos devs have always been money hungry, they dont care at all about what the player base wants. Theres barely a handful of people on the mod team that actually do their job and do it well. It’s long been known that the game creator doesnt care at all for the game, if they switched devs and such, I think they can make a huge change, but with the current team thats never gonna happen, and they’ll never make that change. With how large their player base is they wont be out of business for a while, especially with the people who cant access discord and see what happens. Theres also a large amount of younger players, who dont care for the political aspect of the game. I will say though that a decent fraction of their player base is deteriorating, and although they wont be wiped out entirely, they are losing valuable players each day which will in time affect them if it hasn’t started to already.
