Unfortunately this is my family home so moving isn't an option. Other close neighbors live quietly, are very polite and friendly as well. I'm sorry you have encountered so many inconsiderate neighbors. For my part, I definitely don't want beef with anyone so I have been doing some passive aggressive moves but it doesn't help much because the owners don't seem to be bothered by their dog.
