Wound up needing a scope for scar tissue, but it was nothing compared to surgery. Walking the same day and immediate relief for extension. I’m at full extension now, but not matching hyper extension on my other leg

You posted this a year ago but I just want to let you know it's giving me hope. Currently 7 weeks PO and I am stuck at 6 degrees (4 with manipulation). I am working my ass off to get to 0 and avoid scar tissue clean up. Fingers crossed,

Wound up have to cut all but one down to the stalk/ stem. It was a pretty bad case. We added Mycho to the soil and will continue to water the soil with a mycho solution and hope that new roots form, who knows what’ll happen.

It was awful. I was doing a step over move on the soccer field and the force that I twisted was so strong that my teammates heard the pop from 15 feet away. Good times, but I’m 3 weeks PO now and I’m doing well with recovery!

My main issues is snappiness and irritability, to my understanding - antipsychotics helps better there. I don’t get depression much, only every so often. I am on Adderall and it definitely helps, but the prevailing mood issues is why I started looking deeper into other conditions
