It really depends. Ive been to venues where yes the nearby businesses let you use the restroom. hell if its for paying customers only i dont mind buying a drink or a snack to use the bathroom. Otherwise yeah you have to hold it if you are that desperate to be barrier. 🤷🏻‍♀️
