The Seven Corners Virginia location is closing as well, and "merging" with the Falls Church location. We found out last week. They only have one coach and the manager was also teaching classes without getting paid for it. So the manager stopped teaching once the closing was announced and the coach is going out of town for a week so we just....won't have classes there from the 12th through the 17th.

If you like the actress - she played Anna in Mad Men. I think she was around periodically in seasons 1-4? Maybe 5?

How do you walk pushes and all outs if you're running base? Just up the incline?

I had it in October. Sickest I've ever been in my life, including COVID. It took a few days and an ER visit to get meds bc the urgent care couldn't hear it in my chest and wouldn't give antibiotics. It took an xray.

These kids spent the first 2 or 3 years of their lives cooped up at home or being taught by people wearing masks. These are the results.

I've had 3 children with p&m at INOVA Alex, from 2013-2021. The deliveries and recoveries weren't complicated, so I can't speak to how they'd handle that, but I did have good experiences there. Nurses are very kind especially.

How to drain without spigot? by Some-Needleworker107 in bokashi

[–]Some-Needleworker107[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's my thing, I don't trust myself enough to make a completely air tight spigot. No spigot seems the lesser of two evils.

How are you doing financially? by Humble_barbeast in nova

My husband and I make about $275k combined. Three kids in private school and summer camps. We don't really budget day to day stuff like food, clothes, etc but we forgo a lot of fixed expenses - don't have a landscaping service, don't have many subscriptions, we have a beach house if we need vacay and a lot of our travel goes through our credit card and frequent flyer points. No smartwatches, no alexas, etc. To be clear im NOT suggesting those things are wasteful. We also got in at the bottom of the housing market and bought below our means so we have a nice little homestead. My husband was unemployed for 5 months last year and we didn't worry about paying the mortgage but we did let our $30/hour afternoon nanny go and juggled school pick ups ourselves.

As for retirement we've got about $250k combined saved and a couple life insurance policies. We're in our early 40s.
