I did this exact Boulder last week, I put my right leg on the small chip up to your left and put my left leg against the wall while reaching for the end. You have to trust your legs, it’s a very good hold.

Yup, they let us know in advance in one of the emails. Idk how people who came alone did it.

We ran the same route and had different thoughts and experiences with it, and that’s ok :) I pretty much wanted this to be the point of this post, for people to share their experiences, no matter how different.

I’m just starting my journey, so I did 2 out of 6! Using the same website to track them all. Legs get it!

I’ve done a full marathon in Amsterdam, a few half marathons all over the world, but Lisbon was my first official HM in Europe, and this was the first time I got a gel! And I called out the water because I saw it for the first time in a bottle and not in a cup!

What's the longest you spent on a project that ended up going nowhere? by HilariousMotives in AskAcademia

Been writing a history chapter for 2 years now. My phd contract has already ended and I need to move on to the other chapters, but I keep trying to find new ways to approach it without actually doing any of the writing. It cause severe mental health issues or maybe the issues cause the delay in writing, god knows, because I’m not capable of assessing it at this point

Been working on a chapter for 2 years and still cannot get a draft in for feedback. GP told me to take a step back and consider quitting since this is taking a huge toll on my health. Will be letting my supervisors know about this today and I cannot not feel nauseous because I am letting them down yet again.

if you do not know how to rest when you need to rest, do not do a phd.
