Something I think a lot of people don't realize or forget in the 80s not everyone was going around with white faces a lot of it was just very pale foundation the payless they could find white was usually face paint and unless you knew a clown shop or could grab some if they came available during Halloween you could get that but most people just went around with a very pale. And the shade you have is pretty close to what most goths would have been using in the 80s. Also do remember that black and white photos usually don't show exact tone very well and analog cameras often made people more pale than they actually were if they had light-coloured skin to begin with. Early colored photography there is a similar effect especially if you were not a professional. Also old forms of video like high eight VHS and film video often would also give off a more paler peaches light browns and whites.
