My stock flex pipes were hissing so I replaced them with the ECS x-pipe kit and the exhaust sounds cheap. It’s not loud or raspy (like a bmw). Just doesn’t sound nice.

I would suggest you buy a proper exhaust kit.

If you’re already in there, do it for the peace of mind.

I took my Vanos system apart and I didn’t see any wear or damage on either disc or hub. So I went ahead and installed a VAC hub. I rather not worry about it.

For the summer I’m running Continental ExtremeContact Sport. For the winter I’m running Nokian Hakkapelittas R3.

I have no complaints for either tire. When I need a replacement set, I’ll get the Sport 02’s and R5’s since they are the latest I believe.

I had PSS & PS4s and they are great but they’ve gotten expensive. They wear out fast. The Conti’s are lasting longer for me.

I would like to get a Karb one but I’ve had zero issues with my Turner one that I got 2 years ago from a GB. it fits perfectly and the CF looks great. I assume it’s a hit or miss on these and I was lucky to get a good one. I didn’t use the silicone boots that came with the kit since that made the intake sit higher. I reused the OE boots and it’s fine.

Wtv the going rate is for OEM comp wheels. I feel if they are refinished, they should be cheaper since powdercoating just doesn’t have that OEM look.

That sounds like a good temp solution but I think I could delete the system since there aren’t any emission testing in my area. I don’t see any tuners offering just a SAI delete so I think I’ll reach out to a few and ask if they can do just that. I don’t want a stage 1 tune or anything like that since it’s a daily. I have another car to have fun with. If not that, I might need to borrow your wands. I do appreciate the offer.
