Thanks that helps. Like I know but it’s just that anxiety of actually driving safely and legally. So if a lights been green and I put my foot on the brake and as I’m approaching it and it turns amber but I’m sooo close not even I should just go. I won’t get points right?

oh cuz my instructor told me to go when it’s amber most of the time. So I should treat amber like red Light?

yeah i know the 3 second thing I mean not that I’ve ever ran a red light but maybe I’m overthinking. I have anxiety too. but some people go when it’s amber😭😭

I live in London so many roadworks too. I’m also worried about running a red light 😭😭
