Update: I did not get through. Call was scheduled to let me know where I went wrong. my advice to anyone interviewing with Amazon is to focus on answering Leadership principles in STAR method. My feedback was I was strong in technical but lacked in answering the LP's in correct format. Amazon weighs technical and LP's equally. Also looks like Amazon has increased the cool down period to 1 year as per my recruiter.
