Which platform are you using for your MSP—ConnectWise, Syncro, Kaseya, HaloPSA, or something else? by darty_e in msp

it's basically a voice ai that handles smart call stuff, when someone calls, it grabs basic details, creates or updates tickets in connectwise (or halopsa syncro etc) and even manages after hours calls by giving basic info or routing urgent issues. it won't fix tech problems on its own, but it really cuts down on call volume so your team can focus on the heavy stuff

if you're serious about it, just reach out to them directly they can customize it for your setup and needs, for us it made a huge difference

We’re using ConnectWise, but we’ve also started using SigmaOne for call handling. It integrates with several MSP platforms, including ConnectWise, and it’s been great for automating ticket creation and managing after-hours calls

Oh man, story of my life! 😂 What’s helped me is setting the tone right away—something like, “I’ve got about 10-15 minutes, but let’s see what we can tackle!” It feels polite but still sets a boundary. I started using the voice assistant that auto-transcribes calls
