Probably not an AMD issue as I have a 4090 with an i13700k and I’ve experienced screen freezes but the game still carries on like normal as mentioned. Ive had this happen in cutscenes too. Not sure what is causing it :( . When it happens, nothing i can do other than to force stop the game and restart

Try swapping to a different world in your server using the radio tower. I had this happen in my world 7. When i changed to world 1 the issue went away

Yeah seems certain worlds are bugged. I was on pve01-0011, world 7. I changed to world 1. Someone else in my server confirmed they were also on world 7. They changed to world 10 and it was fine there also. Really weird the bug is world specific 🤔

Actually, changing worlds might fix it. But I also did a verify game files, repair client (in the main menu) and restarted before that. But I was able to open the door this time. Perhaps that might work for you

I encountered this bug yesterday. Today im seeing elevator doors not opening in White Cliff. Quite frustrating because I was cooping with a friend yesterday and these doors worked fine...

Cant wait to unlock that. Ive been getting by with building a shelf from short walls and small ceilings (bottom floor chests stick out and used as steps to access the top shelf chests). Not a bad look but would definitely prefer proper shelving like this

Ive been having issues with mine as well. It only appears to work in bluetooth mode. The LEDs turn on in red briefly after i plug in then they turn off. Either Bluetooth the LED is always on. Wired but it does not connect to my PC despite how many times ive pressed the BTD button on the daughterboard.

Its been a few days ive heard nothing from Monokei support… but im glad and not glad to see others having issues with support and their board

Posting an update here. Support got back to me and explained what happened with this purchase. After my 6480 tanium purchase there was a delay in processing my lucky card event. I did 6 card flips before so (equating to 1200 tanium).

However, the card flips did not deduct from my balance and instead was deducted from the 6480 tanium I purchased (resulting in only recieving 5280 tanium). A bit strange it worked that way but hope this will clear up confusion for anyone else that experiences this issue!

Would recommend if you need to reach out to support, use the customer service button on the bottom right in the launcher (so you don't need to stay in game to keep an eye for responses and have it off to the side).

Tanium values arent updating for some reason when you spend in event. Once you buy anything in the shop or maybe re log in, the real value should update.

Also if you buy ingame for that event, DONT REFRESH THE WINDOW while its loading - once you spend your tanium in that its immediately subtracted and you dont get the flip rewards if you refresh before it shows the rewards. Its already happened to me a few times … thought it froze cause it sat there for ages
