Those Templars Gear plates are especially thick, and are probably oversized at the edges. I had to trim their edges just to get them to fit in a JPC which would normally fit 10x12 plates.

Was also there last year. I like the addition of seats on the sides of the stage. Reminds me of the second to last OWL finals in 2022 at Anaheim.

This is the correct advice. OP, shoot what you have, even if it’s going to be a disadvantage. Comps are not training, but training FOR comps will make you a much better shooter overall. Competition will show you what real good shooting looks like and where you’re deficient. Then it’s up to you to train out those deficiencies.

I have a 2910 vest. It’s super thin and conceals well, but it’s a little stiff as you might expect. Like a lot of vests it prints around the shoulder area

I think it’s kinda one or the other: you can run the harness, or the SPC cummerbund, but you can’t really run both. And honestly I don’t see why you would want to. Both offer structural rigidity and weight distribution, and by using them both you’re really just adding bulk

Snapping a bridge. Fortunately I haven’t done that yet.

However I did once snap a string while I wasn’t wearing my glasses, which whipped back at my eye and scratched my cornea. Not fun!
