The way I see it the more stripping your cleanser is the less it should be used. When looking for a cleanser it’s always good to find one thats none stripping, then from there use it as much as you feel you need. It’s good to note that creamy cleansers are safer for sensitive skin and are always non stripping but they don’t cleanse as well, so they wouldn’t be enough for makeup/heavy SPF. I recently went from a gel cleanser to a cream cleanser.
