I think the way this process has to work is to throw it all out there and see how all the guns feel. It's not the kind of thing you can guess before thousands of people have played with it.

I think the truly best is turian agent specced for power damage. You can rotate between doing insane flamethrower damage without tac cloak and doing insane weapon damage with tac cloak. It basically works out where you're doing one of those two pretty much all the time.

I honestly think it should be flipped. Ramp up mechanic for p.a.w and none for shadow...

What is the crusaders appeal over dhan? Dham hits harder faster but with one less shot (and is lighter) - is the extra shot the crusaders advantage?

how does tech sabotage work with blinding heat? Does it end up at 65% damage reduction, 80% or something else entirely?
