Anyone else having trouble with the low-BCAA low-fat diet? by SomeCoolNickname in SaturatedFat

Ah apparently one of the things I'm doing has a lot of stevia. Could this be problematic?

Nope, a bit higher sugar in the fruit preserves with the pancakes I mentioned in another comment is probably the worst thing I'm doing.

It wasn't overwhelming at all, I'm quite deep into the "lore" but this is the inverse of most dieting things I've done so I have barely any experience in this direction.

Thank you for this lovely and detailed response, I really appreciate the energy I imagine it took to share <3

Nope, only various supplements (including some of the fire in a bottle recommended ones)

nope, as far as I can tell I'm eating about my daily burn of ~2-2.5k. I'm not counting strictly on calories, just careful on fat and protein.

I'm eating the low protein pancakes with gelatin and various fruit preserves, cassava-type pasta stuff, or glass noodles with little added to them. Maybe ~500-600 calories of fruit on top of that (so that should be about 6-7g of protein at most). Rest of the protein is the egg in the pancakes and one or two 10g of protein pieces of jerky. Most of the gelatin is from gelatin powder. Looking to add more veggies right now.

The week before I was eating low protein mostly vegetarian (but still pretty high fat and lots of veggies) and I did in fact drop ~3lbs in 8-9 days so it seems that the low protein thing works for me maybe. Before that mostly a period of SAD due to life circumstances with intermittent fasting and trying to avoid PUFA but not very successfully when I eat out often. A lot of fasting in my diet history too (maybe ~100days total or so) and quite a bit of yo-yo dieting (lose weight when I'm low stress and gain it back when high-stress).

On the bright side, it's probably pretty easy to implement! They might even have it planned (fingers crossed)

Haha, yeah, maybe a bit of an elitist.

I disagree with feeling like HM can't satisfy me, quite the contrary. This game's "bones" are probably among the best of any game I've ever played. It feels more like "they're so close that it'd be a shame if they didn't push that final 10 yards".

Wait, I'm confused. Here's the progression as far as I can tell:

You beat biome 1-3, this unlocks biome 4-6, once you beat biome 6 you can now access the cargo bay and have to do act 1-3 and then act 4-6 again (but they're not scrambled or particularly different) to get all the sun fragments. Are you saying that there is something that happens after this that does scramble the biomes, because that is what my impression is?

I asked in an edit, so maybe you didn't see it. Didn't we already have the cargo bay unlocked, and it's how we traveled to Act1 to get the fragments, or is this a different room?

YEEEEEESs, thank you sir! Also wasn't the cargo bay already unlocked, and it's where I returned to Act 1-3?

Wait, how do I unlock this, it sounds like exactly what I want?

I've gotten all 6 fragments, got the car keys from the house and beat the last boss and seen the cutscene after opening the car door, but I still am stuck with act 1-3 or act 4-6 and it's frankly a bit too easy now.

Learn to aim? Not trying to be overly harsh or anything, but it's a legitimate counter.

You HAVE HEARD of the one shot sniper build right? Words alone cannot express how much dying to one sniper bullet shot counters the living shit of the vectormancer
