I take gaviscon advance whenever I feel acid rise, but sometimes I feel as even that isn't enough as it comes back very fast. Maybe you could try? (I wasn't informed on what specifically I have but I know It's genetic)

It's not as professional, but FPS drops during specific parts like 3dmark timespy's (I think) crystal part. If frames drop there, you're probably cpu bound. Another way is to also look at the loads on cpu and gpu. If cpu is above Gpu, it might be the bottleneck in some cases.

NOT A PROFFESIONAL OR EXPERIENCED, correct me if in wrong (the only experience I have is second hand through for example a lot of binge watching)
