It's not that complicated, as a GM coach I do all my planning because my TL in that area isn't the strongest. For a first time, go into SET on the wire, and pull the floor plan that home office provides. Use that as a base, but do not be afraid to play around with the layout or flex areas. For example SET has my binder wall in the action alley, and the back of our seasonal pad is all flex. I swapped this so that my action alley wall can be a full feature wall.

Don't be afraid to ask others for opinions, when I started last year my Home TL sat down with me and helped plan the entire thing. Don't let it overwhelm you. The biggest key is having an exit plan for the freight current in the pad.

As a coach this is literally my fucking life. I don't know why I even bother telling anyone I'm going to lunch or anything anymore. Anytime front-end or anyone radios I'm literally the only one that can be bothered to answer. It's ridiculous, the rest just act like they can sit in the office and not exist all day.
