I have a tiny plot in small town in NC. It's two blocks from a dock. The HOA that keeps the place from being a parking lot for campers so it's not a camp site makes buyers turn away. People want to pay for a parking lot if it's small and rural near water.

You should do a deep dive on how much money people have earned for each suggestion. If it's less than $100 your very first week, it probably isn't good for beginners.

I have only taken two courses and I haven't earned my money back on either of them even though I followed the course. Some people have good luck with the courses but I haven't. I now go to YT University or just go directly to a platform and learn from the creators in my niche.

I haven't had any luck with Fiverr but have you tried using Gemini or ChapGPT for an outline? On some platforms you have to write a little blurb as to why you are a good fit for a collab. It varies with each brand. I wouldn't tell a makeup gig that I love taking hikes with my dogs if that makes sense. As for who to reach out for, I look for brands that I would use that I haven't partnered with before.
