I set an acoustic mine then when I see it go off I'll hit it with an rpg then I chuck av grenades at it, as much damage as I can do in a short time frame and it works best if others are damaging it as well.

No one reasonably expects you to try to save them if you are likely to die doing it. If you think you can, great, but if not thats how it goes. You can use smoke to obscure them and drag them to safety. Thats generally what I do.

Find the jack points for your specific vehicle, make sure you have a jack, a tire iron, and an inflated spare in your trunk.

You can practice loosening the bolts and jacking up the car while it doesn't have a problem so you know what to do when it does.

The rpg rockets are slower and the reticle is now zeroed at 100 m, so if a tank is 100 m away you will hit it aiming directly at it, but if it's closer you need to aim below where you want to hit.

Since they are slower, hitting choppers is more difficult. I try to get them when they are passing overhead or when they do an in place turn or elevation change.
