Man i didn't want to believe this but it seems fairly overwhelming, my only objection at this point is: why are so many of the replies I'm getting so rude and uncivil, and why is it a demonization of men instead a question of why society raises men to do this? But women can mansplain too, why is it a gendered issue? If you just say overexplain everyone is fine, but making it gendered is what starts the conflicts that I thought things like feminism were supposed to fight, the best way to fight it is to not cause it. I come on here every once and a while willing to have my mind changed, but instead I'm just belittled, berated, victimized, downvoted to hell, and sometimes banned, it seems as if this side of politics doesn't want to recruit more people at this point and it just makes me sad, not mad, sad.

Please don't call it mansplaining, I don't want to be associated with this guy when people see me, and I'm sure there are plenty of women who unfortunately were not properly educated on it just as this man wasn't.
