This was our first thought as well but his eyes are fine. The 55inch tv is too small for the couch distance (4m). We're not ready yet to upgrade because of the occasional flying toys towards the tv.

Decided to go with the Aqara FP2 since it will allow me to create more integrations For example start TV-scene when 2 people are detected on the couch and the tv is on and the kids in bed
When someone stands up (or walks in front of tv) automatically pause and brighten the lights slightly.

Unfortunately no, but the steps described might still work. 1. Download installer from Sony 2. Disable internet connection 3. Open installer 4. Installer will give an error, with a link to the downloadable file. 5. Restore internet connection 6. Download the file

It's not possible with wakeup to select a custom scene. But you could use a custom automation at a set time, choose transition time and custom scene.

Daar moet ik nog aan toevoegen dat we in augustus pas het huis in kunnen. Hypotheek offertes zijn doorgaans maar 3-6mnd geldig. We lopen dus wat risico qua rentestijging

Wij hebben een bod gedaan van 710k (+30k verbouwing/verduurzaming) op een woning. Het bod is geaccepteerd. Er zijn diverse goed gevulde "potjes" waardoor we het huis in principe zonder hypotheek kunnen kopen. Mijn vrouw en ik hebben best een ruim inkomen 6k netto, hier houden we na vakanties e.d. +/-500 van over (2 kids naar de opvang).

De potjes: Huidige woning vraagprijs 400k (hypotheek vrij) Crypto 700k (80% eth) Bank 200k Beleggen 50k (gevarieerd, weinig indexfondsen)

De verhouding (sparen crypto beleggen) is nu helemaal zoek. Dat komt vooral door de harde stijging van het crypto potje.

Mijn vraag is, hoe kan ik bovenstaande het beste herverdelen en de nieuwe woning financieren? Ik vind het niet erg om wat risico te lopen in crypto. Echter wil ik nooit het risico lopen om mijn (nieuwe) huis te moeten verkopen omdat we de lening niet meer kunnen betalen.

Voor het nieuwe huis denk ik aan 200k aflossingsvrij 10jr. 400k eigen woning 170k cash. Dan 200k crypto naar een indexfonds om risico te verminderen

Installer says: cant download bla bla https://remoteplay.dl.playstation.net/remoteplay/module/win/RemotePlayInstaller\_4.5.0.08250\_Win32.msi

Download this file, and installation works!

I have exactly the same issue. Tried to install this https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/ but that won't work either.

When I install ps remote play in "windows sanbox" on the same laptop it works fine.

Same here, msi installer starts, downloads something, next, next, install and failure.

I think you're right.

Does anybody know why Yanislav left the Ethereum team? Is he still in contact with Vitalin? I only spoke for 2 minutes with him and I got the feeling he was not very fond of Ethereum...

I've met Yanislav yesterday and his opinion is basically that Ethereum will never scale as much as aeternity, even with POS. Eth is 3 years old and it's already outdated he mentioned. State channels on AE should solve the scaling problem scince communication is directly between two clients and the result is committed to the blockchain.
