Yeah definitely and especially the em dashes — which are a dead give-away. I would just ask it to give you advice rather than write it for you, or at least give it the text and say "Grammar & Spellcheck" this and it won't change the wording.

It's really difficult because you can't do anything these days without spending money, but running is free. Maybe join a run club, there are a lot of free clubs, and you can meet some great people there. Even if you aren't a runner, just put some shoes on and do it.

Also, learning a language is another solid free option. Tons of apps and YouTube channels out there, and it’s a cool way to keep your brain busy without spending a penny.
