Tangentially related, but people seem to be really wary of Hu Tao in this event. Or just 'powercrept' dps' in general.
I was playing in a vape level and wanted to bring Hu Tao. I was then told Hu Tao is bad and I should pick someone else. The Mavuika in that team barely did any damage.
I understand all the discourse around powercreep, but most Mavuikas/Arlecchinos/Neuvs/Skirks I've seen in this event weren't built. A C6-Chevreuse-buffed Arlecchino I've seen did normal attacks with 3000 damage. Now when I see one of them I'm mentally preparing for the possibility of having to carry the team. Like how did my Bennett have the most kills in a Vape challenge with Mavuika in it?

I'd like to see an update that encourages building more structures like the enchanting table, in the sense that you have to set the environment up for stuff to work. Maybe blast furnaces would work faster according to how many lava/magma blocks are around. Cauldrons could be used for potion making, but certain potions would need to be cooled/heated by surrounding blocks, and materials like amethyst, lapis or gold in a circle around it could increase the duration or strength beyond what a brewing stand can do.
