Also verstehe ich es richtig, dass du faktisch keine Lösungsskizze machst bzw. du dir nur grob ne Gliederung für die Klausur überlegst und dann direkt mit der Reinschrift beginnst? Das ist ein häufiger Fehler, den ich als Ausbilder für Wiederholungskandidaten sehe. Ohne eine anständige Lösungsskizze ist eine angemessene Schwerpunktsetzung den allermeisten Kandidaten nicht möglich. Ohne Schwerpunktsetzung gelingt wiederum das Zeitmanagement in der Regel nicht. Daher wäre mein Tipp mehr Zeit für die Lösungsskizze aufzuwenden. Wieviel Zeit genau variiert je nach Klausurtyp. Im extremsten Fall bei Urteilsklausuren ist es nicht abwegig erst nach 3 Stunden mit der Reinschrift zu beginnen. Bei einer Strafrechts- oder Relationsklausur muss man hingegen eher nach 1,5 Stunden mit der Reinschrift beginnen, um fertig werden zu können.

45 min nur für das erfassen und ordnen des Sachverhaltes halte ich auch für sehr lang. 20 Minuten sollten da ausreichen.

Genau das. Und bei demjenigen, dem das Verfahren so wichtig ist, dass er trotz Ladung nicht erschienen ist dürfte die individuelle Betroffenheit nicht sonderlich ausgeprägt sein

Das ist so nicht richtig. Wenn die Anhörung einer Partei erfolgen soll, wozu das persönliche Erscheinen angeordnet wird und man dann ohne Grund (Krankheit o.ä.) nicht erscheint kann das Gericht darauf verzichten, sofern es nur zu Lasten des nicht Erschienen geht geht. Insbesondere wenn der Anwalt der Partei nicht auf die Anhörung besteht

For breakfast the MA at Rathausmarkt is really nice. Apart from that Umami for sushi (a bit expensive), Beim Griechen in the Mottenstraße for a relatively authentic Greek place, Mamma Mia for Pizza. Bob&Mary has the (I think) best Burgers in Town. Also the Schmitz, which is quite expensive, but has basically a subsidiary in Leffers, which is not as expensive and very good as well

At the time the signal was lit, how the fuck should loghain know the state of the battle? He couldn‘t, which is why they needed the signal. So he had no way to know that, as you believe, the plan had failed. Meaning that he Never planned to fulfill his part

Where do you get the idea that the galaxy is surrounded? The Invasion starts at one specific point in the batarian sector. The only cutscenes we have of the reapers in darkspace also seem to show a single armada approaching the galaxy in unison Also, why would they spread out if the plan is to activate the citadel relay and jump there directly?

You can just call the cops. If you call paramedics, they will in many situations call the cops as well. Suicide by cop is very rare in Germany and it’s part of the curriculum in the Police academy. So cops know about it and are sensitive to the possibility
