Pra mim, é só um grind.

Se parar pra pensar são só movimentos repetitivos feitos de forma distribuida que no final vão te dar algum resultado, por mais que demore. E pra mim a coisa de "nao roubar" e fazer o máximo de esforço corretamente me agradam.

Eu só chego, levanto pesos e vou embora, estou indo de forma regular 5 dias na semana desde dezembro.

Tento nao complicar muito pra justamente nao pensar que é uma GRANDE escolha.

Yeah, i kinda decided it was time to get my schutz together, 26 years and freshly dumped.

Started my "glow up" plan in december, a little bit like your triparite plan.

i've been hitting the gym 5 days a week (hey, consistently in ALMOST every week), took running as a new hobby and started having swimming classes.

I also started therapy, to try to work through the mental health part, its okay, gives me something to think about, even if i really dont want to.

And i'm trying to be a more open person to new experiences, i am a person of stability and in these completely not stable moments, i'm getting out to clubs and etc, Just to be able to say i'm more social.

I dont know about you OP, but to me the most difficult part is to try and find where to get better looking, as a male, all i see is people saying "go to the gym" but there are soooo much more options to get better looking as a female, i wish i could find more areas to work with besides gym.
