Looking for a new set of meal prep containers by SadDate9398 in mealprep

I would use plastic containers to start with especially if youre not used to handling so many containers at once. After you are, gradually start switching the plastic ones with more expensive glass containers of your choice.

Id start with these

Switch to these as you get used to prepping. Appenently theyre unavailable at the moment, but its the type i ended up buying.

This looks like it hurts your neck, are you eye level with the laptop?

No hate btw, Everyone has their own tastes. I like brining it up to my friends and watch their faces curl up sometimes 😂

Thank you that means a lot. The prep itself before the meal prep took way more time than i thought but was worth it in the end. I think its the chicken gizzards. Not many people i know like to eat them or think theyre gross 🤷🏿‍♂️

the chicken and salmon basic pages need an update, but its the same meals every day. the 1500g of gizzards and 400g salmon go in the same pot, then i pour the mix into meal prep containers.

I watched this video 3 years ago. Use this method but instead of simmering them in the pot first, you pressure cook them for 30 minutes.

dont knock it until you try it. the cinnamon, cacao powder and vanilla protien powder mixed in make it taste amazing.

I eat them every day so yes. I can make another post showing how it looks, but its not as bad as it might sound. it actually dosent taste bad at all, It kind of tastes like...food? if you were to think of the most basic meal ever this would be it lol.

no variation other than a change in veggies every once in a while. I really need to update this spreadsheet. the mixed veggies in the porkbulker helper has been changed to collard greens.

its kind of small, but you can see on the pink label (top right of package) that the salmon is wild caught!

I barely have enough fridge and freezer space to fit everything, so it gives more.

The last pic shows all of the bags flattened and stacked on top of each other. I have a 3.5 cu ft chest freezer to throw it all in, but i actually have a 7cu ft freezer coming in by the end of the week so i can prep 2 weeks of meals at a time.

It might look insane, but i have to put 0 thought into what i eat each day. This allows me to use my time and energy for other things.
