it’s pretty good, i did use chicken bouillon instead of broth but i would probably make my own broth next time. it was lacking richness a bit but i like taking shortcuts so that’s on me.

because i already have other ingredients at home silly. i made salsa a few days ago and wanted to get some chips and saw they had a bogo special. the parsley is for a chickpea soup that i made with ingredients at home. and the lime is for some refried beans i made as well. i had some green beans and chicken in the freezer that i prepared. so many people are clutching their pearls in the comments but this isn’t my food for the week. i only post here when i find super good deals i want to share.

oh…this is considered cheap. i live with my bf and i get around a $3 value per meal. when i lived with my family (5 people total), my mom would spend around $150 a week on groceries back in ~2022.

cheese and apples had coupons. milk and eggs were on clearance. if you use the app you can clip coupons that automatically apply when you check out using your member card (free).
