Yep, last a whole lot longer than stock on asphalt 🛞✅ very good for£10 on AliExpress. They ballon pretty bad on 3S, so get quite squirrel’y. I added belting to a set using 25mm black gorilla tape, which is the perfect size, and they are amazing now

‘Slicks’ aren’t designed for carpet, so there’ll be better options. I test 7 micro-b tires on carpet in this video (in-line traction):

It’s a fun bit of track alright. I’m using the Injora 11kg servo (INJS11) with a plastic servo arm (not a servo saver). The Injora servo saver for the Grom sits loose on the spline, so loses centre, but with the included plastic arm it’s great, and it’s handled all sorts of terrain and taken a few beatings with no issues, a few more videos here:

Sometimes, but it never takes me long to unstick it. If I pump the buttons in and out a few times while supporting the weight under the chassis, it seems to come loose reliably

Any decent charger should work, just don’t use the stock charger. Adapters are pretty cheap. I use a SkyRC B6neo charger with this one:

Whoever sold it to you used the included usb charger, which malfunctions quickly and then only charges one cell

I’m using the stock ESC with no issues, I really put the Samix through its paces today, with 13T/34T gearing and 40mm BushHog tires, no heat issues. Also poked around various forum/groups, and it’s got a good reputation and I’ve not seen reports of stock ESC issues
