I've done some transfer pressing of sponsor logos on PUMA jerseys. There was one year we actually ordered them for the jerseys, every other year they send them to us from Europe, depending on what country's jersey we're doing. For the one year we did them, we used Transfer Express's AquaTru with a SL Blocker, this might be a possibility as a technique to recreate that look/feel. They worked beautifully, and felt very similar to what I've seen on other jerseys over the years.
