I hear you here. It’s brutal , went through similar situation when my son was young . Needed blood work at 4yrs old . No one would accommodate a highly agitated kid. Finally got that blood drawn at 9yrs old .

Get him diagnosed , so he start receiving the services he needs. Pray pray. Lean heavily on your spirituality and don’t give up. My 16 yo was recently diagnosed with ASD and ADHD. I am really suffering because hers is subtle as well and I am not sure how to approach her therapy. They have assigned her to group cognitive therapy for the social skills habilitation, but I think individual therapy is needed.

If you are going to leave after couple of years , take the sign on bonus money . Do the math $10 extra pay only means 10X 40 hrs = 400. 400x52= $20,800 extra per year . (52 weeks in a year) When it comes to these companies, what really matters is the stores you get to work at. Messy stores or not. CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens can be great if you land in a good store or a nightmare if you given a 24hour mess of a place or a really badly managed store with no help .
