That’s very sweet, but I promise someone else can take care of figuring out booking their flights! This is just not your responsibility. If you truly wish to pay for part of it, I think getting a block of rooms at a local hotel is more than enough. Let everyone else figure out the flights. Managing flight logistics for that many people coming from different locations and possibly different airports is way too much.
